1. Services
BOBS Auto Services Service Center provides automotive repair and maintenance services at our facility located at 26536 Ruether Ave, Unit 610, Santa Clarita, CA 91350. Our website allows customers to request appointments, obtain repair estimates, and access information about our services.
All services are subject to a written estimate provided prior to work beginning. No repair work will commence without customer authorization.
2. Appointment Requests
Submitting an appointment request through our website does not guarantee a confirmed appointment. Our team will contact you within 1 business hour during regular business hours to confirm availability and scheduling.
Business hours are Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Pacific Time). We are closed Sundays and major holidays.
3. Estimates and Pricing
Repair estimates provided online or over the phone are preliminary and subject to change upon inspection of the vehicle. Final pricing will be provided in a written estimate before any work begins. Prices may vary based on vehicle condition, parts availability, and the actual scope of work required.
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, major credit cards, debit cards, and approved financing.
4. Warranty
We back our repairs with a 12-month / 12,000-mile parts and labor warranty on qualifying repairs performed at our shop. This warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, neglect, misuse, or pre-existing conditions unrelated to the repair performed. Full warranty terms are available at bobsautoservices.com/warranty.
5. Vehicle Drop-Off and Storage
By leaving your vehicle with us, you authorize us to perform the agreed-upon diagnostic or repair work. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in your vehicle. Please remove all valuables before drop-off.
Vehicles not picked up within 72 hours of completion notice may be subject to storage fees of up to $35 per day.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BOBS Auto Services Service Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or vehicle damage unrelated to our work.
Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our website
